Your thoughts were just somewhere.

    1. Where did you take them?
    2. Why did you take them there?
    3. How did you get them there?
    4. Where else could you have taken them?

It might be short but it packs a lot of punch. Answer these questions enough times in enough situations and a person can enlighten themselves.

It’s an incredibly useful as a periodic mindfulness exercise. It’s worth looking at wiring into your day at regular intervals. You’ll be amazed at what you learn about yourself and your sense of reality.
