This is a generally very enjoyable process filled with fascination and a-ha moments. By logically dismantling our faith in our previous view of reality we are free to more openly consider alternate interpretations. Through a weekly discovery process, we shift from the theory of mental health and mindfulness to actually practicing these new skills in real world situations.
This is a gentle but challenging process that leaves us feeling personally stronger while also reinforcing more meaningful connections with others. It is highly effective for managing overwhelming emotions, whether we are angry, sad, resentful, guilty or anxious.
Our emotional self exists as a shadow of who and what we truly are. By gaining a better understanding of how this logic and our values play out in our psyche, we are able to find wiser paths both within ourselves, and for our lives in general.
