So while I am very productive, that is in large part because I protect my time and my mind by using a land-line, I don’t use a smart phone, and I don’t take interruptions during sessions or while I am writing. Hi. Due to caregiving for my own parents, I haven’t been on my own site until recently. Even though you wrote it a while ago, I’m just checking to see if you’ve found a sense of peace over the passing of your father? The questions that losing him led to, are very similar to those I was asking as a kid, after the accident that ultimately led to this blog existing. I’ve learned, by meditating on it my entire life, that there are satisfying answers to those very strange questions.
