This is easy to do but it’s still unwise. You are not crazy. That’s just how you’re viewing life. Think of it like a mirror ball in a disco lounge. The light of the universe comes from every direction and “we” each merely reflect back one aspect of that infinite unity. So we see our lives as the shafts of light hitting the surfaces of the world when in fact we are the mirror itself. And while we may at times use our thinking to tell ourselves stories where we feel isolated and alone and crazy (because to us our shafts of light seem so separate and distinct from each other), in reality we are forever connected. We are all a part of the same sphere of existence—we are all merely reflecting the universe’s light, and in that enlightened view of reality there is nothing for you to do but dance. Enjoy.
