You have wonderful taste. This is the perfect choice for after what a lot of people feel was a tough year. When a friend did a survey of young kids in a school recently, their view of the future was startlingly bleak and negative. And then we thought about it and we realised; we did that. The adults. They learned that from us and they can learn something better.
This year’s Blog of the Year describes how we can each easily and individually ensure that we help create a better year next year than the world enjoyed this year. We are what makes the difference. Onward and upward. Happy New Year everyone!
2016’s Blog of the Year
A serious childhood brain injury lead Scott to spend his entire life meditating on the concepts of thought, consciousness, reality and identity. It made others as strange to him as he was to them. When he realized people were confused by their own over-thinking, Scott began teaching others to understand reality. He is currently CBC Radio Active’s Wellness Columnist, as well as a writer, speaker and mindfulness instructor based in Edmonton, AB where he still finds it strange to write about himself in the third person.
